Adoption/Placements

Adoptions: Our goal is to find loving long term homes for our horses and equine. Because many have suffered neglect and abuse, we screen prospective adopters to ensure our equine will receive good and proper care in their new home. Adopters must provide their veterinarian’s contact information, farrier’s contact information and pictures of the place where the equine will be housed. Equine need a shelter to provide relief from the wind and rain/snow. Horse safe fencing is also required. We recommend a small enclosure (paddock/corral) with a shelter or a stall in case the horse needs to be confined due to illness or injury. New horse owners are required to take our horse care classes. Adopting a horse is a serious commitment and we understand that you may have many questions. Please contact us for more information about adoption and the horses and other equine we have available.

Placements:  At this time our facility is at capacity and can only accept equine from county animal shelters or in certain extenuating circumstances. Please contact us or your local animal shelter if there is a horse needing to be re-homed
